Serves it's purpose, though.

Cant say enough. Loved it. Clean, maintained, friendly. For $33 nightly you get water, electricity and cable. Very friendly.

Very pretty setting. Some sights need a little leveling, but not too much. Is interstate noise as sits just off, though you have to drive couple miles to get to it. Hill steep going in but as seasoned rivers no huge deal. Hosts friendly.

This place has the cleanest bath house I have ever seen! Beautiful, spacious sites, creek below for tent camping, playground, gazebo and more. Owner's are wonderful and they enforce the rules!

We stopped off here for a night stay while traveling back from a long road trip. I'm glad we did. None of us, 2 adults and 3 kids, were in any hurry to leave. The night was clear and sky was glowing with bright stars. In the morning we took a walk to the creek, while the kids biked around in exploration. It's the kinda creek that just makes you take your shoes off and get in. There's also so great, big, beautiful trees that provide ample shade. If you look past the highway there's a field with cows grazing that we found fun to watch. We're hoping to plan a trip to come back real soon. We would have stayed longer if the real world weren't waiting for us to come back.

Nice, friendly place to stop for the night, close to the highway. Lots of open space to walk the dogs, and a nice creek, looks like it holds fish. Bathrooms have good showers, but the heaters don't work. Wifi slow, and the spaces aren't too level.
