I bought a vehicle off of this car lot. After 2 weeks, the transmission came out of the car. The only help that was offered is free labor which is great but he has a transmission for it, but will not put it in until I pay an additional 1300 for the transmission. Now I am paying 7000 for a vehicle I can not drive and no way to get it fixed. They are nice people but I don't recommend buying from this dealer. The vehicles are junk!
It was December 23rd and I had a tire that got excessively worn on the inside to the threads, where I hadn't noticed it; it finally blew a hole just as I got on I-77, at almost 9 PM and I was driving to Raleigh, NC. I didn't feel comfortable going that far on a spare. I called a few places with no answer. When I called Steve's, the gentleman I spoke with said he could get me fixed up. He promptly met me at the travel stop I had been able to get to and we got the car to the garage. He got a new tire on the car right away and charged me LESS than I would have paid at the normal shop I went to! Great service, great people; I wish I lived around there - I'd take my car there all the time!
