It's infested with stink bugs. Carpet is very dirty to the point that I wore my shoes when I walked on it. The bugs were so bad that it made it impossible to sleep. We checked in late and were so tired from driving all day that we didn't want to change hotels at 1am we called front desk and they offered a different room but told us we would probably have the same problem.
my vehicle broke down here in the local area. so I'm stranded till repairs are done. The manager of the hotel and his wife have been very accommodating. Very nice folks. The hotel is clean and very well taken care of. Rates are reasonable. I appreciate their hospitality very much.
Check in was very quick. It was very quiet at hotel. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Hotel doesn't have laundry machine but there is a laundromat not even a mile up the road that is very nice and clean.
Super friendly staff. Easy access and in clear view from I-77. The room is clean but could definitely stand being updated. Comfortable bed, not overly soft nor very firm. And the non-smoking room actually smells like it. Wouldn't mind staying here again.
Has great potential just teach their housekeeping staff how to clean (it's very simple to dust & wipe down flat surfaces) carpet was filthy, there shouldn't be visible crumbs on floor by side of the beds & a 1/2" of dust on bedside lamp base & phone if I had the energy I would have turned & walked well ran away. Had to stand in water to get some ice my socks & shoes became wet it was that deep. Super 8 has gone way down hill with their standards won't be staying at any other in the foreseeable future. My recommendation is STAY AWAY until they get better housekeeping! One positive the gentleman who was at the desk in the morning he was very nice & friendly, while we were packing up our car a guy in a big construction truck pulled up & the desk clerk came out we thought he was going to ream the construction worker out for bringing it in their lot we were surprised to see that he started telling him the best place to park for ease of getting out once the place filled up then he said that if he was hungry there was a place easy to walk too. Kudos to the desk agent!
